Is there a return fee?
Yes. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with returns.
Refunds are only processed after the returned item(s) have been received by AfrikMe and all related fees have been settled.
If any costs remain unpaid during the return process, they will be deducted from your refund before processing.
Why do I have to pay for the return?
Some brands include return costs in their prices — we don’t.

Can I return sale items?
Only regular-priced items may be returned or refunded.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
